1. Books Department -

Books Editorial and Commissioning

Books Administration, rights, royalties, legal and copyrights registration and record keeping to be done from our offices in Bracknell four hours a week.

One manager to run our writers bank

One manager to keep records of writers and books records

One manager to manage and keep records of our sales - from our offices in Bracknell four hours a week. 1 overall books director is required

These positions can be done by several people or one person can do most of them They are all part time and begin as voluntary positions. Some commission on sales will be payable depending on experience.

Required immediately-work can be done mainly from home but we require team members to visit the office in Bracknell once a week for half a day to discuss the work as a minimum. We require that team members come in once a week for 4 hours for team briefing meetings.

2. Membership Department

Managers are required for:

Membership services provision

Membership records department - to be done from our offices in Bracknell 4 hours a week

Membership recruitment

Membership subscriptions

Members Magazine Department -1 Editor and 5 editorial board members

These positions can be done by several people or one person can do most of them

They are all part time and begin as voluntary positions. Some commission will be payable. Required immediately-work can be done mainly from home but we require team members to visit the office in Bracknell once a month for one day as a minimum.

3. Conferences Coordinators

Conferences Director to plan our programmes

Conferences Managers to run our events

Conferences team members

Conferences work experience people to help to run our major summer conference 10th 11th 12th June 2017

These positions can be done by several people or one person can do most of them

They are all part time and begin as voluntary positions. Some commission will be payable depending on experience and output. Required immediately-work can be done mainly from home except for the actual events which are generally in Oxford, Reading or Bracknell and sometimes in other areas. We require that team members come in once a week for 4 hours for team briefing meetings.

4. Fundraising coordinators

1 fundraising director to plan and carry out our programmes

Managers for grant funding applications

Managers for bid applications

Managers for social media fund raising including crowd funding and just giving etc

Fund raising team members

These positions can be done by several people or one person can do most of them

They are all part time and begin as voluntary positions. Some commission will be payable depending on experience and output. Required immediately-work can be done mainly from home but we require that team members come in once a week for 4 hours for team briefing meetings.

5. Media team officers

We require one media team coordinator to manage our media presence

1 social media team member

6. Stalls and exhibitions

We require 1 stalls and exhibitions director

7 stalls and exhibtions managers around the country in the UK

5 exhibitions and stalls managers around the world
