Founding principles

OBJECTIVES

A.To promote environmental research based imitative and advance environmental knowledge nationally, as a leading discipline enhancing a shared understanding of our interdependent world.

B.To promote and enhance the benefits of green learning and skills, educating people of all ages for life as local and global citizens in a rapidly changing world.

C.To promote a wider understanding, relevance and enjoyment of green economics, recognising the publics growing thirst for knowledge about our world.

D.To promote and develop the Society's membership Staff, supporting the charitable activities and reinforcing the importance of professional standards in green economics knowledge and skills.

E.To promote the recognition and understanding of the relevance of green economics information to policy, placing it firmly in the database about the future of places environments and communities.

F.To ensure a sound and growing financial basis to enable the implementation of the Society's Strategy in support of green economics.

Green Economics is an integrated study of the earth's environments, peoples, landscapes and places, their nature, dynamics, interactions and change.

VISION One of the leading professional bodies widely respected for its independence quality, innovation. It would provide an array of activities, as a means for everyone to discover, understand and respect the world's peoples, places and environments.

MISSION A centre for green economics learning dedicated is the development and promotion of knowledge necessary for facing challenges to society and environment.
